TNPSC Group IV Exam Have Negative Marks - Anybody noted that!?

TNPSC conducted a Group IV Exam on 25.07.2013 for filling the against recruitment of 5566 Various Vacancies.
For this 5566 Vacancies around 12 Lakhs Candidates are attended in the competition.

From 12 Lakhs Candidates Selecting 5566 Suitable Candidates only by their total marks is very impossible to the TNPSC.

So this exam, comes with a Very Big twist, which is not followed before.
The detailed notification of the Negative Marks are only in the backside of the OMR Sheet.

That is Negative Marks for Questions Which are Wrong and Which are Not Answered too.

That means, if you have filled any wrong answer then you will lose (Reduced) One Mark from your total.

Even If you leave to fill any question that also consider as Wrong Answer and it will also carry a Negative Mark.

Normally the regular TNPSC Exam Candidates are not reading the OMR Sheets backside. So that they are not aware about the new rule.
But the very new TNPSC Candidates only read the OMR Sheets Instruction and knows the rule.

Because of the Negative Mark System, TNPSC can remove many lakhs of the candidates from the final competition, and it will easy to select the 5566 Candidates.

But in the view of the Candidate TNPSC is played..........

What's your view? How many of you aware about this Negative Mark System!?
