Commissioner in Commercial Tax etc. Usually, there will be less than 30 total vacancies in this exam. But this year the number of vacancies has been remarkably increased to 79.

Can Final Year Degree Students Apply for TNPSC Group 1 Exam ?
Yes, the TNPSC notificatioin says "The candidates, who have written the final year degree examination, may also apply for thePreliminary Examination for direct recruitment to the posts included in Group-I Services, subject to the condition that they should produce proof of having passed the degree examination when admitted to the Main Written Examination, failing which they will not be admitted to the Main Written Examination."
