Anna University Official Re-Opening Date for the Odd Semester of Academic Year 2014-15 is announced.

As per the official info, the colleges will be reopen from 2nd July 2014.
But the above said date is not mandatory. So many colleges are open the Odd Sem Programs earlier than the above said date.
And very few Colleges already starts the odd semester.

Paper Valuation for First Year UG / PG - MAY / JUNE 2014 - Started

Anna University First Year / Second Semester  (UG / PG) Paper Valuation is started. And the Valuation is going good and in many zones its not much strict this time. :)

Anna University First Year / Second Semester  (UG) Exams are now only started.
But AU has fixed the dates for the UG/PG First Year Paper valuation. 

This time Anna University decided to published the result very soon. 
So, the Paper valuation is expected to completed within a single phase.

The First Year paper valuations will started by third week of this month.

The Paper Valuation for First Year is expected to starts on 18.06.2014 and it will be end with 22.06.2014.
If the all papers are not able to completed within 22.06.2014, then the date may be extended or Second Phase of Paper Valuation date will be announced later.

Anna University Higher Semester Paper Valuation Completed Successfully. 
Most of the Zones paper valuation is completed by yesterday and very few zones completed by today.
The next works like Dummy Number to original number matching, mark database entry work will start soon.

This time, it is expected to published the result earlier by Anna university.

Paper Valuation for April / May 2014 Higher Semester UG / PG Examinations are started. This time in paper valuation the Tabulators are not included (it may be for reducing the cost of valuation). That means no separate persons are allotted for Totaling the Marks in each papers. Reducing the cost may affect the quality of result. So, it is expected more (Positive / Negative) Total Mistakes on the results.
Anna University Higher Semester Exams are almost over and the Paper valuation is started very shortly.

This time Anna University decided to published the result very soon. So, the Paper valuation is expected to completed within a single phase.
The Higher Semester (2nd Year, 3 Year and Arrear Papers) papers valuations are started by this week end and and it will be completed before the next week end.
The Paper Valuation for Higher Semester is starts on 07.06.2014 and it will be end with 14.06.2014.
If the all papers are not able to completed within 14.06.2014, then the date may be extended or Second Phase of Paper Valuation date will be announced later.

Paper Valuation Started and going smoothly.
And the Rumors about the Paper Valuation and Grace Marks also Started.

Last Semester Some websites spread many rumors about Grace Marks.
We are strongly informed the students as "Don't believe their words". But no one believe our words. :)

One time they mentioned as 50+ Marks are Grace Marks in One Paper. We again informed to the students to don't believe that. But all are go to that site only.

Can you tell me!?
How many of you got 50+ Marks as Grace Marks on that Particular Paper?Atleast one Person got 50+ Grace marks???
If the 50+ Grace is true then, that paper must be got 100% Result. Is it?? Any faculty is here to accept that 50+ Grace on that paper???

Many of you got Photocopies of your exam paper!!!
Are you got that grace mark on your valuated paper??? 

They are again started the same technique again. The technique is only for attracting the students to their blog and earn money through the mass visitors.
Earning money is not a matter. But spreading rumor is a legal offence. 
We request the Students, Please don't believe the Rumors. You can Get the marks only through Studies not by Grace. Even you wrote well, some of the faculties are putting Zeros for correct answers. How they will award the Grace marks for your wrong answers?

What is EAMCET?

Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad on behalf of APSCHE. This examination is the prerequisite for admission into various professional courses offered in University/ Private Colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh

The EAMCET is a yearly examination taken by a large number of engineering and medical aspirants in Andhra Pradesh. Presently the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) conducts the examination. This is the entrance exam for engineering ('E' category) and medicine ('AM' category: Agriculture and Medicine). The results are declared over 13 or 14 days every year making the counseling and admission process smooth.This exam is based on "Multiple choice Questions" type.

Every Year, around 175,000 - 2,00,000 students took the Engineering stream and around 1,00,000 students in the Medical & Agricultural stream.

EAMCET Result 2014 will be published on 09.06.2014.

Results of Eamcet will be announced at 4.30 p.m. on June 9. Engineering counselling is likely to start on June 29.
Though the date of the results had been announ-ced earlier, officials had sought from Telangana Education Minister G. Jagadishwar Reddy the time slot for its release. It was fixed at 4.30 p.m.

The Eamcet Committee meeting held on Thursday is believed to have discussed students’ objections to the exam key. Officials said two questions in Physics papers of both the streams carried two correct answers. Both would be treated as correct answers during valuation.

During web counselling, students will get a One Time Password (OTP) on their mobiles every time they log in to enter their details to ensure that the password is not misused by others.

Meanwhile, it was decided to appoint Ajay Jain as Convenor of the committee from the AP cadre, and Sailaja Ramayyar as co-convenor from the Telangana cadre. It was also decided to ensure that all Government Orders giving permission to colleges should be cleared by June 15 as the AICTE is likely to place the details of all approved colleges on the same day.

Anna University Published the Colleges Raking Positions based on High Court Order

 As per Honorable High Court Order, Today Anna University released the Colleges Exam Performance separately based on Nov/Dec 2012 Exams, Nov/Dec 2013 Exams and April / May 2013 Exams.
From the above type of analysis, Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering, Chennai leads the first position in Nov/ Dec 2012 examinations and K.Ramakrishnan College of Engineering, Trichirappalli leads both Nov/Dec 2013 and April / May 2013 exams

All the above result analysis reports are prepared based on No. of Students Appeared,  No. of Students Passed and Percentage of Pass on the particular examinations.
